Our policy is very simple. We will not aid or assist in any lawbreaking activities and as a client if you should violate any state & federal always we will immediately contact the local State & Federal Fish / Wildlife Officers (D.E.C.) and submit a report. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

We take our passion for the outdoors very seriously, and will not risk our business for anyone! Failure to follow any given procedure, instruction or posted law will permanetly suspend your admission for our properties.

*THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES IN HUNTING! THE ONLY GUARANTEE IS THAT WE WILL GIVE YOU 110% EACH AND EVERY DAY WITH THE RESPECT FOR ALL REGULATIONS AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS.

Our Guides will not hunt while guiding unless you specifically are done for the day and / or invite them to hunt. Exceptions as follows: 

The guides must shoot to aid you in stopping a crippled bird from escaping after you have clearly wounded / crippled a bird from taking flight. We will not motor down, chase or pursue any waterfowl from our boats. Waterfowl is to be taken within a reasonable range over set established decoys.

All of our guides are licensed NYS Guides information can be found on the state's website www.NYSGuidesProgram.org this includes our U.S.C.G. Licensed Captain's staff. We strictly enforce a 100% no Drug or alcohol policy. You will be immediately removed involving this activity.
